February 2013
So I bought some stuff to make chocolate roses with right (don’t tell, Fontaine!) and so I buy two things of skewers, and on the packaging it’s all fancy plastic and the label is all “all our products go through high quality control” and I’m like really for skewers, for sticks, quality control really?

(TW: Rape, Rape culture)
versatilequeen: versatilequeen: scooterpiebanana: versatilequeen: I am still waiting for MRA’s to acknowledge that the patriarchy which facilitates the rape of women is the same patriarchy that forces men who are raped to feel “emasculated,” dehumanized, and ashamed, and thus prevents them from reporting their abusers. It’s the same damn thing. So, when your activism for men’s rights...

On a monumental mistake
dearcoquette: This spring I’ll be graduating college. It’s taken 5 years, three degree changes and tens of thousands of dollars in loans before I found something I’m passionate about. I’m slowly realizing I’m not passionate about it, though. I took it because it was easy and just thought-provoking enough to let me fool myself into thinking it was challenging. I feel like I’ve made a monumental...

Make Kat's dream come true for Luna Sea's The End...
mindscalpel: Hi all, I would be very grateful if you kind folks could help and make my dear friend Kat’s dream come true. She is a huge fan of a Japanese band called Luna Sea. She’s loved them since she was 13, and Luna Sea is a huge influence in her life. So it would be a huge deal for her if she could win this contest. It would be nice to make her smile and make her day… in fact, her year, if...
